Writing Internship

Job Description:
Are you a skilled writer with a special interest in food, health and wellness, design or fashion? Can you cover these topics informatively, with a dash of wit? LocalSteal is searching for smart writers with a strong command of grammar and style, as well as the ability to produce consistently. In addition to these nuts and bolts skills, candidates must possess the following attributes:

• Be familiar with the city of Pittsburgh, its various neighborhoods and the surrounding metro area.
• Be comfortable working on deadlines; must commit to submitting 3-5 blog posts per week.
• Passion for one of the following subject areas: health & wellness; design/interiors; fashion; food.
• Must have strong organizational and communication skills and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable working independently and without direct supervision. This is a telecommuting position.
